After a closure of eight years, we are delighted to have re-opened the much loved Trevor Arms this summer. It is our great pleasure to be working with the 180 years of history that this building holds…the people who came together, the local produce that supplied hungry and thirsty tummies and a warm rest for the weary walker or train traveler. Our ethos with pubs looks back to all the best aspects of ‘The Local’ as it was, a welcoming hub for meeting, exchanging ideas and enjoying good company.
We have around us a super array of producers of food, drink, art and traditional crafts that we have drawn together for the launch of The Trevor, and continue to build this over time, with many collaborations and events. ….and did we mention local beer?! As a freehouse we have the great pleasure of offering top quality beer from some of the UK’s best small brewers, such as Burning Sky, Beak, Abyss, The Kernel.
We have an exciting brewing project on site to show you soon too!
Our plans are ambitious, community growing in the garden, social groups for all ages, events and more lovely seasonal food from our kitchen, and this will all grow over time, with help from some great people. Our deepest appreciation to all those who have supported us so warm heartedly so far and we look forward to welcoming you to The Trevor Arms very soon.
Cheers! Steve, Bethany and all the family x
